At GlambyWjdan, your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
Appointments
To ensure every client receives the highest level of care, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled, depending on the schedule for the day.
Booking Fees
All appointments require a booking fee to secure your reservation. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Appointments changed with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a No Show. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost before any future appointments can be made.
Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, previous cosmetic tattoo procedures, or skin conditions before your appointment. Certain medications and medical conditions may prevent treatment or require medical clearance.
Cosmetic Tattoo Results
Every client heals differently. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, healed colour, pigment retention, and longevity vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, medications, aftercare, and other biological factors. Additional touch-up appointments or future maintenance sessions may be recommended.
Before & Aftercare
Following your pre-care and aftercare instructions is essential for achieving the best healed results. Failure to follow these instructions may affect pigment retention and the overall outcome of your treatment.
Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after your procedure for your confidential client records. Images will only be shared publicly with your permission.
Right to Refuse Treatment
GlambyWjdan reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is considered unsafe, unsuitable, or not in the client's best interests.
Liability
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cosmetic tattooing and understand that no guarantee can be made regarding healed results. GlambyWjdan is not responsible for outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or individual healing responses.

Refunds
Permanent makeup services require preparation, time, and reserved appointment space. Booking fee'sย and completed services may be non-refundable.
If you have a concern after your appointment, please contact the studio directly so the next best step can be discussed.
Eligibility
Permanent makeup may not be suitable for everyone. You may need to delay or avoid treatment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking certain medications, have specific skin conditions, or are healing from recent cosmetic treatments.

Before Your Appointment

Aftercare is an important part of your final result. You will receive guidance on how to care for the treated area after your appointment.
Following aftercare instructions carefully helps protect your results and supports proper healing.
Touch-Ups
A touch-up may be recommended after your initial appointment, depending on the service and how your skin heals. Healing varies from person to person, so final results may not be visible immediately.
Your artist will guide you on the best timing for any follow-up appointment.
